All throughout her book tour, Latasha has been giving special honor to BIPOC leaders in the hosting city. While the entire event was a gift, to see three local bridge builders, friends and colleagues in Denver be recognized in such a special way was deeply moving. Their work and contribution to peacemaking is so important to honor; I didn’t want to miss an opportunity to recognize them here too!

Bridges connect two sides that otherwise would not come together. Bridges are walked on and even more than that, they absorb the tension necessary to remain in place. Mary Tells, Jude DelHierro and Sulma Mendoza-Rios our community is strengthened in unimaginable ways because of your service, humility and faithfulness. Thank you!!
